Overview
Mainstreet is the future downtown epicenter of the City of Coconut Creek. This 200-acre mixed-use development is planned as a pedestrian-friendly, cycle-centric community, with trails and paths throughout the development for the public to utilize. Mainstreet is currently approved for 3,750 residences, including condos, villas, townhomes and apartments.
Wide-open green spaces and a grand public plaza will create a sense of community with programming for all residents to take part in. Mainstreet will include retailers and restaurants, an anchor grocery store, an extensive greenway system, beautiful parks, a centralized community gathering space, known as Mainstreet Square, City facilities, and residential neighborhoods. Mainstreet will serve as the go to destination for the City of Coconut Creek’s residents and neighboring communities.
