Overview
COMING SOON: Constellation Group and Boschetti Group have proposed a Coral Gables condo that would permit short-term rentals, but have no on-site parking. 299 Minorca is planned to rise eight stories, with 57 condo units and 4,820 square feet of commercial space. There would be a small gym on the second floor, plus a pool deck with a lounge on the eighth floor. The plans also show condos would be available for overnight stays, indicating that residents could list them on home-sharing platforms. The condos would range from 502 to 931 square feet.
Currently, the plans do not permit on-site parking. The developer plans to reach an agreement for about 64 spaces of parking at a nearby property.
