Project is Pending Final Approval: The Opus at 701 is planned to feature 54 condos.  The condos would range from 1,303 to 3,384 square feet. There would be four two-bedroom units, 16 two-bedroom units with dens, 30 three-bedroom units, and four penthouses (three bedrooms with a den).

Opus at 701 would feature amenities on the ground floor, including a pool facing the Intracoastal Waterway, private cabanas, a fitness center, a club room, a private dining room, a spa, a fitness center and a yoga room. There would also be a rooftop amenity space with another pool and a clubhouse.
