Overview
3350 Biscayne is a proposed Live Local Act project that is expected to feature a total 752,802 square feet in 47 stories, with 499 residential units, 5,555 square feet of retail on the ground floor, 3,117 square feet of restaurant space on the 45th floor and 620 parking spaces The plan would also feature amenity spaces on floors two, nine and 10, including a pool deck.
The workforce apartments would feature 196 studios of 523 square feet and seven one-bedroom units of 658 square feet. They would be on the lower floors of the building.
The market-rate units are planned for condos. It would feature 161 one-bedroom condos of 831 square feet, 81 two-bedroom condos of 1,061 square feet, and 54 three-bedroom condos of 1,185 square feet. More Information Coming Soon.
