ArtHaus Fort Lauderdale

Moderno Development Group is planning to begin construction in Q1 2026 on ArtHaus, a mixed-income development utilizing the Live Local Act. ArtHaus is a $150 million multifamily development project with approximately 290 apartment units in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The project will include a work force housing component of 71 units.
