W Pompano Beach offers bespoke residences and fully furnished hotel suites with two distinct ownership options: the serene privacy of an oceanfront residence (The Residences), or the comprehensive ease of a five-star Condo Hotel suite, (The Suites). The Residences features 74 homes ranging from 2,400 to 3,400 square feet, and 3 penthouses with rooftop pools. The Residences include a private collection of amenities in addition to the complete W Hotel offering. The Suites feature 296 fully-furnished studio, 1 and 2 Bedroom Hotel suites ranging from 580 to 1,860 square feet, including 3 WOW Suites. Luxury amenities and services will include the W signature WET® Pool Deck, (spanning 60,000 sq ft.), world-class AWAY Spa®, state-of-the-art FIT® gym & yoga studio, pickleball and padel courts, an award-winning all-day restaurant, and The Living Room®, W Hotel’s social epicenter—all grounded in the W brand’s Whatever/Whenever® philosophy, with a focus on providing service that promises to answer every request at any hour.

Rental Policy: The Suites - Occupied by the owner up to 180 days max per year. Option for hotel program to be managed by Marriott International OR residents can rent out for the remainder of the year.
